Thanks to all who digitally attended our webinar a couple of weeks ago! Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

During the webinar, we presented an summary of what has happened during the year of 2023 within the areas of employment and data protection law (mostly from a Swedish perspective). As usual, a lot of stuff has happened, especially in relation to data protection and privacy matters.

We also made a prediction of what we think will be in focus in 2024, inter alia based on ongoing investigations by Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) and the European Data Protection Board’s (EDPB’s) focus area of 2024 (namely data subjects’ right to access under Article 15 of the GDPR).
