Johan is a co-founding partner and is specialized in employment and data protection law issues.

He has substantial experience of advising clients on various data protection issues, including mapping of processing activities, transparency requirements, drafting of data processing and data sharing agreements, privacy management programmes and cookie compliance.

In addition, he regularly advises clients on employment terminations, restructurings, trade union negotiations and loyalty and trade secrets issues. Johan also has experience of litigating employment disputes before the Swedish Labour Court and in Swedish District Courts.

Johan’s dual specialization gives him a rare position of advising clients on matters requiring both perspectives.

He is an appreciated lecturer and regularly holds courses and seminars especially on data protection law.

Prior to founding the law firm Johan worked approximately 10 years for one of the leading global law firms and was a part of both the employment and IPT practice.

Dino Kalamujic

Dino is a co-founding partner and has specialized in employment law for more than 14 years. Dino has extensive experience of matters relating to termination due to redundancy and personal reasons, loyalty issues, organizational changes, bonus schedules and negotiations with trade unions. 

Dino is regularly assisting clients with employment disputes in the Swedish Labour Court as well as in various Swedish District Courts. 

Dino has been recognized by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. He has been endorsed for his ability to provide clear and professional advice.

Before founding the law firm Dino was working for 11 years for one of the leading global law firms. He has also worked as a legal counsel for an employers’ association within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.

Johan has over 20 years of experience working as a lawyer in the field of data privacy & data protection law, and employment law.

He is one of the most recognised lawyers in the area of data privacy & data protection law in Sweden, being ranked as one of the four leading lawyers by Legal500 and always well-regarded for assisting clients with his business insights and proactive approach. He assists clients in a broad range of data privacy & data protection matters, such as international data transfers, transparency obligations, data breaches, intra group data transfer arrangements, due diligence exercises, litigation and more.

Johan also has extensive experience within the field of employment law, where he regularly advises clients in relation to matters such as business transfers, terminations, equal opportunity questions and senior employee contracts.

Fredrik provides legal advice within the fields of data privacy and employment law, both on a national and a global level. 

He regularly advises clients in various data privacy and e-privacy matters. This includes, inter alia, to lead and implement GDPR projects, draft and negotiate data sharing agreements, draft policies and other legal documents, as well as dealing with other day-to-day privacy matters. 

Fredrik also assist clients on employment law matters, such as drafting of employment contracts and ensuring compliance with various employments laws (e.g. concerning employment protection, holiday and work environment regulations).

Fredrik also holds seminars and courses within his areas of expertise on a regular basis.

Before joining the firm, Fredrik was for four years part of the data privacy and employment law practice groups of one of the leading global law firms in Sweden.
